Welcome to ChargeBackScum.com, the place to get your problematic people’s email or payment processors accounts listed.

Please submit a message to us about the incident, and, include links to screenshots and IM log pages dealing with this, and we will post them. When possible we will add the user names that they use on all the forums we can, as well as IP#s, and all other pertinent information to do what the payment processors will not do, protect the sellers.

Feel you are on the list unfairly, contact us and tell use why you feel this way. We don’t stand for double dipping scammers, such as Buyer Name: William Giwertz Buyer Email: giwertz@pacbell.net that did a a paypal dispute and a charge back on an account I was keeping the books for.

If you do not want to be listed, do not scam people. A simple rule.

If you have a scum to list from another processor we will create that page as needed.

This piece of crap charged back twice for services on a membership site, Jean Uden k.jonker@rausb0.com . Buyer beware. And, this space ball crap waited till a week before the first transaction was 60 days old.
